FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I listen to my calls on-line?
Quick Phone allows you to view all call activity 24/7. If you ever need to actually listen to a particular call, our customer service department has the capability to email you the audio recording. This recording can then be saved and listened to at any time.

How does your receptionist know what questions need to be asked of the caller, and what information I require?
Quick Phone services are custom-designed to your individual business requirements. Our programmers will design a screen layout that will enable our receptionists to ask the right questions from the right people.

What happens if I don't receive the text message? How do I retrieve it, and does this cost more?
The way in which Quick Phone delivers your text messages is totally up to you. You may have text messages sent to your cell phone, alpha pager, email or fax. If you believe you have missed a message, you can either review your messages online free-of-charge, access the automated message resend system through
a toll free 800 number or call in to a receptionist to retrieve the message. Message retrievals via a receptionist are simply charged in the same manner as your customer's calls.

Will Quick Phone take credit card information for order taking?
Yes. Our receptionists have the ability to take credit card details for this type of call.

Is there a limit to how many different employees (recipients) can receive the same message?
If required, the Quick Phone delivery system can be programmed to deliver the same message to multiple recipients at the same time, even if recipients are using different types of devices, at no additional charge.

Can I forward my cell phone number to your service?
Yes. In fact, Quick Phone plans allow you to forward any number of business or personal lines to your exclusive toll free 800 number.

How many messages will my Quick Phone voicemail system store?
Each of Quick Phone individual mail boxes can hold up to 100 voice messages.

Can I receive a local telephone number?
When you sign up for one of our programs we will supply you with a nationwide toll free 800 number to which you can forward your phone calls and/or advertise to people to call you direct. If you still want a local number to keep your "local presence" in place, simply advertise your existing local number and forward that number to Quick Phone.

How long does it take to activate my account and start service?
Depending upon the complexity of the account, usually within 24 hours.

Is this a long term contract?
No. Your Quick Phone operates on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day notice to cancel. There are no early termination fees.

Can I receive messages when traveling overseas?
If your phone or pager has international (text) capabilities, you will receive your text messages from Quick Phone. If your carrier does not offer this option, your messages will always be available to you online at Quick Phone or by email.

Can I change the "on-call" person at the last minute?
Yes. From time to time, "on-call" schedules do change - that's just a reality. At anytime you can call your 800 number and advise the receptionist of the change.

Does Quick Phone offer its services nationwide?
Yes. Because of Quick Phone advanced technologies, it does not matter where your business is physically located.

Do you offer Inbound Customer Service and Support services?

Depending upon the complexity of your needs, Quick Phone can accommodate most support services.
